Mahika Tampi is a psychology student and the founder of Project Muskan, where she leads the development of all psychological content and interventions. She has designed and built the program’s worksheets, screening tools, case frameworks, and workshop modules from the ground up, grounding each component in extensive research, clinical observation, and APA-referenced psychological literature. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to creating culturally relevant, evidence-based mental health resources, and she remains closely involved in every stage of the project’s design, implementation, and refinement. Alongside this work, Project Muskan is driven by a small and committed team. Kayana Monga and Vrinda Kanchandani are integral members of the initiative. Kayana leads efforts in identifying and coordinating with partner spaces and communities, ensuring smooth on-ground implementation of our initiatives. Vrinda contributes to content creation, working on developing and refining materials that align with our framework and outreach goals.
