Our work so far

We engaged with children across Mangar, Ghaziabad, and rural Haryana, reaching over 300 students through mental health literacy workshops, school sessions, and screenings. In each session, a psychologist accompanied our team. This allowed us to flag children with learning disabilities, conduct issues, or emotional dysregulation, identifying their distress for their host schools and NGOs for necessary accommodation or care.

Mangar- In collaboration with Laksh, an NGO focused on holistic childhood development in low-income rural areas, we conducted workshops of emotional regulation and expression.

Kuthumb- Conducted emotional literacy sessions in their noida base on recognizing early signs of distress and therapeutic measures for sadness and stress management.

Lakshyam Foundation-  Conducted supervised mental health screenings for Faridabad based NGO underpsychologists, created emotional progress reports for each child and ensured crisis prevention for suicideideation cases.

Riviera Public School-  Conducted a workshop in a Ghaziabad pre-school designed to help students

recognize and communicate complex emotions through conversation and interactive exercises.

Utpal Valley School- In collaboration with a Utpal Valley School we conducted a therapeutic workshop on managing exam stress.

Lumina Conclave-  A leadership and social responsibility platform led by students where we introduced mental wellbeing through interactive art, role-play, and emotional literacy exercises.

We were honored to receive recognition for our cause from Smt. Rekha Gupta, Chief Minister of Delhi, and the Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs of India (COWE), who presented us with an award for our work in advancing child mental health in rural communities.
