Develop Clinical Observation Skills
Work under the supervision of psychologists to observe children ethically, identify red-flag cases, and practice making objective, research-based observations.
- Assist in Creating and Tailoring Screening Tools
Help design and adapt screening templates that are linguistically, culturally, and developmentally appropriate, customised to the needs of each school, NGO, or rural site.
- Contribute to Non-Clinical Solutions
Use your psychology knowledge to create feasible, evidence-based cognitive and somatic tools (like emotion-regulation activities, breathing practices, or coping strategies) that children in rural settings can realistically use.
- Plan and Facilitate Stigma Reduction Sessions
Assist in designing age-appropriate, interactive activities for workshops with children, teachers, and Anganwadi workers to promote mental health literacy and reduce stigma.
- Learn Through Supervision
All of your work will be conducted under the direct guidance of psychologists, ensuring accuracy, ethics, and meaningful learning at every step.
